Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but we will work with you to allow make-up sessions if possible. Packages and sessions are non-refundable and they expire if they are not used for two consecutive months.

Hours

Currently, we see clients on weekends and on Mondays and Friday evenings. Review our scheduling page if you are interested in a private, semi-private, or group class.
