Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but we will work with you to allow make-up sessions if possible. Packages and sessions are non-refundable and they expire if they are not used for two consecutive months.

Hours

Currently, we see clients by appointment and for group classes both on weekends and some offerings during the week. Reach out to us if you need a specific time and we will try to work with your scheduling needs.
