May thru August Group Class Schedule - Must Register no less than 24 hours in Advance.

Gyrotonic Tower for Beginners -

  • Sundays - 10:15 a.m.

  • Tuesdays - 1:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.

  • Thursday - 5:00 p.m. - August Discount Class 20% Off

  • Fridays - 1:00 p.m.

  • Sundays - 8:00 a.m. - September Discount Class 20% Off

Gyrotonic Tower - Open Level (Non-Beginners Only) -

  • Tuesdays - 4:45 p.m.

Combo Class - Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis -

  • Fridays - 3:30 p.m.

All group class participants must take a Beginner Tower Class Pack in order to regularly register/attend the group tower classes.

Seniors Discounted Beginner Tower Class (60 years +) begins in September on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. Minimum of 2 individuals for class to run or else single attendee pays $40 for private group class or they can cancel out of class.

Open Level Gyrotonic Tower Class (For Non-Beginners) -

  • Wednesdays - 1:00 p.m.

Beginner Group Classes start April 16th - Learn Gyrotonic and experience how good your body will feel. Release body tension, stretch your fascia, strengthen and stretch your muscles, increase your range of movement, and strengthen your breathing as well as body system functions. Maximum 2 individuals per class. - Must reserve a spot and pay in advance.
