Reserve a time for the Gyrokinesis or Gyrotonic Method.

Payment is due in full to reserve a spot in class. You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours to not be charged a late cancellation fee which is the full price of a class. Classes are non-refundable. All clients must be 18 years or older or parent or legal guardian consent (contact us directly if applicable). Don’t see a time that works for you, email us and we will work with your scheduling needs.
