Beginner Group Classes start April 16th - Learn Gyrotonic and experience how good your body will feel. Release body tension, stretch your fascia, strengthen and stretch your muscles, increase your range of movement, and strengthen your breathing as well as body system functions. Maximum 2 individuals per class. - Must reserve a spot and pay in advance.
